WHAT IS AFRICA LOADING?

  1. Africa Loading is a coming together of all Africans abroad. We are disassembled globally, from 54 countries, and we must come together theoretically to see who and what we are. Are we a significant number? Are we strong enough to be the leading voice for Africa outside the continent? What positives can we achieve with this position of strength and leadership?

  2. Whichever way you think about it, we belong together and we need to have a philosophy that unites us. Yes, we must have our differences in opinion, political view, preference, individual vision and so much more, but if we all had the same view on everything then there is no room to improve. We simply need a high level idea that we all agree with and which unites us. Beneath this idea we can entertain all our differences. This creates a family system and in a family system no matter how deep a disagreement is between members, they cannot change the basic fact that they are family. Africa Loading aims to do just that.

  3. The solutions for Africa’s problems cannot be the responsibility of non-Africans. Presently the biggest backers of Africa are non-African organisations. We are only playing individual roles by connecting to the Continent through our families and through other individual interests we have back in Africa. As a union, we do not exist.

  4. Power comes from unity. Just look at history; the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, and the Unites Nations. This list is not exhaustive but it makes the point. With the advent of Social Media it is even easier to unite and we should take advantage of this.

  5. This is a call to action. Join up, we only want to count your numbers. Whatever we choose to do will be openly consulted and you will always have a choice whether to be in or out. What would be unforgivable in history is that we were so angry with the way things were going on the Continent that we washed our hands off it and looked the other way!

Let's unite!
